Charlie excelled as a Dairy Consulting Intern for our organization in May 2006 and became a full-time employee in May of 2007. He graduated from The University of Minnesota with a Bachelors of Science in Applied Economics with an emphasis in Finance and Management. Charlie also obtained minor degrees in both Animal Science and Agronomy. His background includes working on a Minnesota dairy farm since 1994 where he is still actively involved in the operation. Through college, Charlie worked in the landscaping and construction industries where he enjoyed the outdoor job experience.

Charlie enjoys his time on the farm and being involved in outdoor activities including snowboarding, water skiing, camping and hiking. He also spends his free time managing his rental property and enjoying friends and family.
