Rebecca Salisbury began working for Lookout Ridge Consulting (formerly Salisbury Management Services) on a part-time basis in January of 2001. She has served as the office receptionist during the interim between new hires; worked on special projects such as updating the Policy and Procedures Manuals, developing a training syllabus and maintaining SharePoint sites; and is currently the Education Coordinator for the BSG Consulting Team.

Prior to working for Lookout Ridge Consulting, Rebecca taught elementary school for twenty-seven years. She earned a B.A. from Western Michigan University, and has a M.A. in Reading Instruction from Michigan State University.
