Cathy Olson joined Lookout Ridge Consulting (formerly AgStar Family Business Consulting) in 1999, working in the accounting consulting areas, and has more than 20 years of experience in accounting. She spent seven years working with a swine management company and has been specializing in Agriculture Consulting the last two years.

Cathy has a BA degree in accounting and is currently completing her Masters in Business Management from Rasmussen College. She is a member of the Institute for Management Accountants and the Family Firm Institute. She also is a member of Women in Agriculture, where she can gain and share a unique prospective in the commercial farming industry. Cathy has a profound enthusiasm and inspiring passion for the Agriculture Family Businesses across America. She currently works with a wide range of clients in the Midwest and throughout the country.

Cathy is a marathon runner, and also plays volleyball competitively. She cherishes her time with her family and grandchild, and enjoys every minute spent with those she cares about.
