Ryan joined Lookout Ridge Consulting in October 2008, bringing experience in both team management and process improvement. Today, Ryan leads the Lookout Ridge Consulting Team located in the Midwest.
Prior to joining Lookout Ridge Consulting, Ryan worked for The Hartford Mutual Funds as a Senior Business Analyst. He worked intensively on budget preparation and analysis, as well as process improvement and team development work. Previously, Ryan was a Sales Manager with ING DIRECT, leading a team of associates in the sale of various investment and lending products. Ryan was named ING DIRECT’s Sales Manager of the Year in 2003 and 2004. Ryan received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls, with an emphasis in math and statistical analysis. In 2005, Ryan received his Masters of Business Administration from the nationally accredited school of business at St. Cloud State University.
As a result of his education and employment history, Ryan’s goal is to support his team in providing exceptional service and business solutions to the clients of Lookout Ridge Consulting. Ryan lives in New Richmond, WI with his family. He enjoys sports, movies, and time on his family’s farm.
